NC Promotes Small Performance Contacting

NC received a DOE grant to promote and develop small Performance Contracting. The ESC chapter partnered with the Division of Environmental Assistance and Customer Service / Utility Savings Initiative (DEACS / USI), which is the old State Energy Office to put on our first of at least six training sessions across the state. The session was held in Wilmington, NC and had 48 attendees.
